Latex Origins

Latex is made in Asia from rubber trees. Its a renewable resurce and does not harm the tree. 4 pounds of sap are produced by a rubber tree in one year. The rubber is harvested by hand. This rubber can be turned into either Standard or Talalay latex. The process to get Talalay Latex is more complicated but yields a higher quality product.

Support

Latex allows your body to conform to it and gives your whole body support. Tossing and turning will be minimized for many people as several pressure points are eliminated.

Good For Allergies

Latex foam beds are naturally dust mite resistant and have antimicrobial properties. The hypoallergenic properties of many of these beds is a real plus for peopl who have allergies.

Cover

When looking for a latex foam bed its good to look for one that has a cover. You will be able to slide it off and wash it and dry it to keep your bed fresh.
